Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a touch control device, comprising: a cover plate, a substrate, a plurality of conducting elements and an insulation layer, wherein the conducting elements are arranged between the cover plate and the substrate, and the insulation layer is at least arranged around these conducting elements. Thereby, the touch control device using the insulation layer can prevent an ESD from springing in from the edge thereof and breaking down the conducting elements. Also provided is a method for manufacturing a touch control device.
