Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a solar battery with metal stacked electrodes. The solar battery comprises a solar battery substrate and a plurality of metal stacked electrodes. The solar battery substrate comprises a plurality of semiconductor doping areas. The metal stacked electrodes are respectively arranged on the semiconductor doping areas. Each metal stacked electrode comprises a contact metal layer and a metal conductive paste layer. The contact metal layer is arranged on the semiconductor doping area, and the metal conductive paste layer is arranged on the contact metal layer. A manufacturing method of the solar battery with the metal stacked electrodes includes the steps that: firstly, the solar battery substrate is manufactured; sencondly, the contact metal layers are formed on the semiconductor doping areas; and finally, the metal conductive paste layers are formed on the contact metal layers.
