The average diameter of primary particles is 5 - 500 nm. The particles 20 are obtained by that when heating nickel hydroxide particles 10 at the status of suspending in a polyol to reduce to nickel, the nickel hydroxide particles 10 are not completely reduced; the reaction is interrupted in the middle of the reduction reaction to allow forming a large number of tiny nickel particles 12 within the nickel hydroxide particles 10; and then, the nickel hydroxide particles 10 are crushed. |
