Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are novel preparations of Actinidia, and particularly species of hardy kiwifruit, as well as compositions comprising the same. Also disclosed is the use of these preparations of Actinidia to prevent and/or treat a variety of diseases in which regulation of the immune response is effective, including both allergic and non-allergic inflammatory disease, viral infection, and cancer. Methods related to making and using these compositions are also described.
