Zusammenfassung:	An improved shoe insole with massaging protuberances (3) on the surface and hollow formed strips (4a, 4b) underneath. When worn, it will massage the user's feet when walking or running and also reduce the pressure of the user's feet. The insole has alternating first (4a) and second (4b) hollow formed strips. Sizes (5,6) of the hollow formed strips can be varied in accordance with various reflex zones of the foot. The heights of the hollow formed strips and thus the thickness of the insole may gradually increase from the front part (23) to the rear part (24) of the insole so as to absorb the increasing pressure of the foot.
