Zusammenfassung:	A mechanism for transferring optical film allow a holding pad with an optical film disposed thereon to move on a fixed plate, wherein a moving load can be reduced. The mechanism for transferring optical film is operated that the optical film is disposed on the holding pad, and moves to a predetermined position on the fixed plate 1, and a cutter 2 is used to cut the optical film at the predetermined position. The mechanism has the fixed plate 1 with multiple concave regions la over the surface, and these concave regions la adapt free-rolling balls 3. The free-rolling balls 3 and the holding pad have a point contact, and the optical film is moved.
