Sheet with plate spring, and switch device using the same

This invention provides a sheet with a plate spring, and switch device using the same. It is capable of being illuminated, without causing breakage of electronic components due to static electricity. This sheet with a plate spring provides the plate spring 4 for forming a moving contact. The insulating sheet 1 contains the plate spring 4. It forms the conductive film 5 upon one surface of the insulating sheet 1. Further, it forms emitting component 7 upon the insulating sheet 1, the first transmittancy parts 2d transmits light from the emitting component 7. Furthermore, it forms the first translucent parts 2d upon the conductive film 5, and faces to second transmittancy parts 5a. Since the plate spring 4 is stuck at the insulating sheet 1 or the conductive film 5, when the sheet with the plate spring is incorporated in the switch device, the conductive film 5 is brought into a grounded state. Even though static electricity flies into in the insulating sheet 1 side, it prevents the electronic components from occurring breakages or malfunctions due to static electricity.
