A combination data storage unit (204) stores combination data defining a combination part built up by combining part models. A contour generation unit (201) generates the contour of each cell in which a part is placed. A part placement evaluation unit (205) evaluates whether a defined combination part can be placed in each cell, and stores combination data evaluated as placeable and related data in a placement candidate storage unit (206). A part selection unit (207) selects one combination part from the combination data and related data stored in the placement candidate storage unit (206). An image drawing unit (208) draws a three-dimensional image of the selected combination part placed in a cell.
