Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides a water-soluble isoflavone composition which is an isoflavone composition comprising alpha-glucosyl isoflavone, isoflavone and optional isoflavone aglycone, and the ratio of aglycone amount in alpha-glucosyl isoflavone to the aglycone amount containing in the total amount of isoflavone and isoflavone aglycone [alpha-glucosyl isoflavone/(aglycone amount in isoflavone + isoflavone aglycone amount)] is above 2.5/1; or provides an isoflavone composition comprising alpha-glucosyl isoflavone, isoflavone and isoflavone aglycone, wherein the isoflavone aglycone amount is 0.01 to 20% of the total aglycone amount of the composition; or food, cosmetics, pharmaceutics or feed comprising such composition.
