The present invention provides a charging method of data where the password is directly confirmed through websites or the dialing of telecommunication network after connecting with Internet. At first, a user computer is connected via Internet to a proprietor website, which shows one or more than one target terminal and is connected with a judging unit. The judging unit is capable of connecting with the target terminal. After a user terminal dials the telephone number of the target terminal and inputs a password, the judging unit judges the connection state of the telecommunication network; then, the user terminal is connected to the target terminal corresponding to the telephone number through the judging unit so as to mutually transmit data.
