Color filter coating process and product made by same

This invention relates to a color filter coating process and product made by same, where patterns as needed are reversed-out on a cleaned substrate by means of plate-making printing. The coating is achieved by ink-jetting to coat ink over a substrate in the form of dense-to-gradient distribution. The substrate that is printed by plate-making printing is then introduced in a coating machine for coating purpose. The ink as printed on the substrate, which is be subjected to the coating process, is then immersed and cleaned off to obtain a pattern sheet of a single color. The processes of plate-making printing, coating, print-ink immersing and cleaning-off are then repetitively applied to a single substrate to obtain patterns having colored and gradient effects.
