A two-dimension image analyzing and processing system is disclosed in this invention, the system comprises: a computer for analyzing and processing two-dimension image, a stored device for storing two-dimension image. The computer comprises: a grey value acquiring module for acquiring the grey value of the pixel in the two-dimension image; a key point acquiring module for calculating the grey value variety, acquiring the key point based on the grey value of the pixel; a graphics analyzing module for calculating the graphics of the image based on the key points, outputting the graphics and the parameters of the graphics. A two-dimension image analyzing and processing method is disclosed too.
