Zusammenfassung: | This invention is a high speed nozzle structure with an intra-impact type atomizer, with intra-mixing atomization system. Inside its nozzle structure have a fluid flow channel for leading in liquid state fluid and a gas flow channel for leading in gas. The nozzle structure has a mixing chamber set in the nozzle device is T-shaped open space having a separator which is located at the exit of the fluid flow channel. The separator is used for adjusting the flow speed and changing the flow direction of fluid (liquid or gas). The separator and the mixing chamber form two gradual contracting and gradual expanding channels. Via the design mechanisms of gradual contracting and gradual expanding channel, the momentum and vibration frequency of the air flowing through the channel can increase to obtain sonic speed and supersonic speed effect, and. Also, those designs can control the nozzle outlet diameter to allow the gas and liquid shock waves interfere with each other to generate a shock wave effect. So, the atomization effect can be improved. Under the shock wave and the separator operation, it can remarkably enhance the metallic atomization, metallic crush, metallic thin film processing in order to obtain finer particles to meet requirements of wafer package processing, metallic powder metallurgy, and nano technology. |
