Tricyclic condensed heterocyclic compounds, preparation method of the same and pharmaceuticals comprising the same

This invention provides a novel compound having an excellent antagonistic effect to Corticotropin-releasing-factor receptors. That is, a compound having the following formula and the salts and hydrates thereof are provided, wherein A, B and D, the same or differently, stand for the following groups, the formula of -(CR1R2)m- (wherein R1 and R2 the same or differently, stand for C1-6 alkyl group and the like, or -NR3- (wherein R3 stands for hydrogen atom); E and G, the same or differently, stand for the formula of -(CR6R7)p- (wherein R6 and R7, the same or differently, stand for hydrogen atom; and p is 0, 1 or 2); J stands for a carbon atom or a nitrogen atom each of which may be substituted by halogen-substitutable C1-6 alkyl group; M stands for hydrogen atom, halogen atom, or substitutable C1-6 alkyl group; and partial structure stands for a single bond or a double bond.
