Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a catalyst mixed with lanthanum for manufacturing carbon nano-tubing with uniformed tube-diameter and method of preparing the catalyst. The catalyst is characterized in that based on the magnesium Oxide as the carrier, using two or three of cobalt, iron and nickel oxide as composite metal oxide material, lanthanum oxide as mixing material, moly oxide as enhancing catalysis material, dissolving magnesium salt in distilled water, adding composite metal oxide salt material, lanthanum oxide material as mixing salt and catalysis enhancing salt to completely dissolved, with the molar ratio of the above four materials: 0.5 to 3.0:0.1 to 1.0:0.01 to 1.0:0.5 to 3.0, placing the solution to dryness at 120 to 200 DEG C for 3 to 5 hours followed by high temperature calcination at 550 to 850 DEG C for 10 to 30 minutes, removing and ground into fine powder to obtain the catalyst for preparing carbon nano-tubing with uniformed tube-diameter. The catalyst has the advantages of higher catalysis rate to prepare uniformed tube-diameter with good graphitizing degree. The manufacturing method of the catalysis is with good reproducibility, simple preparing procedure and easy to operate.
