Sliding rail apparatus and cabinet having the sliding-rail

A kind of sliding rail apparatus and the cabinet having the sliding-rail are disclosed. The sliding rail apparatus includes an outer sliding rail and an inner sliding rail. At least one guiding rail is disposed at the inner edge of the outer sliding rail in a protruding manner; and at least one sliding trough corresponding to the guiding rail is disposed at the outer edge of the inner sliding rail in a concave manner. The sliding trough of the inner sliding rail mutually matches with the guiding rail of the outer sliding rail such that it is capable of guiding the inner sliding rail and the outer sliding rail to have a relative sliding movement. Both ends of the outer sliding rail can be fixed on two machine racks of the cabinet, respectively, and is able to fix the host machine on the inner sliding rail so as to mount the host machine inside the cabinet in a sliding way and reduce the occupation of limited space inside the cabinet.
