Zusammenfassung:	A digital video decoding apparatus and method thereof, which the apparatus includes an inverse arrangement unit for decoding one of the data blocks of the compressed digital video data that includes several video segments with several compressed macroblocks sequentially. Moreover, the inverse arrangement unit further includes one first storage for storing the corresponding sizes of the data blocks, one second storage for storing the pointer of the first compressed data block of the compressed macroblocks, and one third storage for storing the second compressed data block among the compressed macroblocks.
