Manage method and system for data editing

This invention provides a manage method and system for data editing. It connects with plural terminal devices through a network system. In addition, it controls the version of edited data to achieve the purpose of managing the data editing. Firstly, according to the data-editing command inputted by the user for managing module of data editing, it provides a data-editing interface for the user to edit data. Further, it stores the edited contents into a data-editing database. Furthermore, when an user stores the edited data file into the data-editing database through the terminal device, the managing module of version control generates a version number corresponding to the edited data automatically. Moreover, according to the searching condition inputted by the user, the data-searching/tracing module searches the matched data and/or the information related to tracing the procedure of editing the data from the data-editing database.
