An optical resolution pattern includes a plurality of rectangular bar units aligning from a low-resolution region to a high-resolution region and exhibiting a stairwise arrangement; each rectangular bar unit has a plurality of rectangular bars alternately arranged and having an equal space therebetween, and the space and the rectangular bar gradually dwindles from the low-resolution region to the high-resolution region.
