Immunochemical detection device

The present invention provides an immunochemical detection device comprising a substrate, a liquid flow guide layer attached to the substrate, and a light transmissive object covering the liquid flow guide layer with a liquid flow clearance between them. Part of the surface of the light transmissive object toward the liquid flow guide layer is attached with at least one fixing substance; thus, after flowing the detected liquid sample into the liquid flow clearance, the specific ligand-receptor complex in the detected liquid sample will be reacted with the fixing substance to form a measurement index. By forming a microfludic environment between the light transmissive object and the liquid flow guide layer for the flow of detected liquid sample, the sample and the fixing substance could exhibit colors on the light transmissive device, and a measurement index clearly visible for human eyes can be obtained due to the better light transmissive characteristics of the light transmissive device than the conventional paper.
