Zusammenfassung:	For preventing light from leaking into pixels located at a periphery of a display region of a liquid crystal display device which has a first conductive layer GL being extended outside a liquid crystal sealing region formed at an at least one of first and second substrates thereof, an insulating layer GI covering the first conductive layer GL, and a terminal GP contacting the first conductive layer GL and being extended on the insulating layer GI at an outside of the display region AR thereof, a second conductive layer SH is provided having a different electrical potential from that of the first conductive layer GL and being formed between the display region AR and the terminal GP on the insulating layer GI.
