Zusammenfassung:	The object of the present invention is to provide a printed wiring board processor that does not cause any reduction in the processing speed, while being easy to maintain and inspect. The solution of the present invention is that a spindle 17 is supported in an integral structure by a housing 20 and can be freely moved upward or downward within the interior of a carriage 15 by a straight line guidance device 19, which is composed of a cylinder roller 19a and a holding plate 19b which supports the cylinder roller in a rotation-free manner. By forming a seal unit 70, consisting of a soft wiper 73, a dust wiper 74, and the like, on an upper side of the carriage 15, and by installing a lower cover 85, supporting the soft wiper 73 and dust wiper 74, on a lower side of the carriage 15, it is designed to prevent cut chips, etc., attached to the surface and other portions of the housing 20, from entering the interior of the carriage 15.
