Zusammenfassung: | Provision is made of a circuit arrangement for protection against electrostatic discharge for a field-effect transistor (99), which has a first and a second controllable path (T1, T2) having in each case a control terminal (11, 21), the control terminals of the controllable paths (T1, T2) being coupled to a source terminal (2) of the field-effect transistor (99). A first terminal (12) of the first controllable path (T1) is connected to a control terminal (3) of the transistor (99), and a first terminal (22) of the second controllable path (T2) is connected to a bulk terminal (4) of the unipolar transistor (99). Second terminals (13, 23) of the controllable paths (T1, T2) are connected to the drain terminal (1). A voltage regulating device has the circuit arrangement and also an operational amplifier (6), which is formed for generating a control signal in a manner dependent on a difference between two signals applied on the input side. A control output of the operational amplifier (6) is coupled to the control terminal (3) of the transistor (99). |
