Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a webbing for a seat belt for protecting a seat occupant of a vehicle or aircraft against a shock in the event of collision, in which the anti-abrasiveness is enhanced. The webbing for seat belt is structured so that acrylic resin is attached fast to the surface of a fabric formed from multi-filament yarns of polyethylene terephthalate as synthetic fiber, in which the acrylic resin forms a facial resin layer by bridging with a cross linking agent having three to five functional radicals and also the acrylic resin and cross linking agent undergo a bridging reaction in the structure of the multi-filament yarn. The webbing is impregnated with the acrylic resin and cross linking agent, and they make reactions after impregnation among the filaments of the yarn, and a three-dimensional bridging structure can be generated at the surface of the webbing, which results in formation of a facial resin layer having a strong physical bond.
