A method and a system for solving equipment problem are disclosed. The method in the present invention comprises: providing a problem-getting server of equipment problems, wherein the equipment problems are caused by the problem equipment or the product test result; providing a solution by a solution tracking-server according to the equipment problems gotten by the problem-getting server; and fixing the problem equipment by the solution. Moreover, if the aforementioned equipment problems did not happen before, an automatically tracking function of the solution-tracking server can be used to automatically notify one personnel to record the solution into the solution-tracking server when the personnel himself fixes the equipment problems.
