Electrical connection structure

The present invention provides an electrical connection structure, which is used to electrically connect a chip with a carrying device; the chip has a first surface, and the carrying device has a second surface opposite to the first surface. The electrical connection structure comprises: two external contacts configured on the first surface; two internal contacts configured on the first surface and opposite to the two external contacts located on the inner side of the first surface, and the two internal contacts are located between the two external contacts; two external wires configured on the second surface, and the two external wires are opposite to the two external contacts; and, two internal wires configured on the second surface, and opposite to the two internal contacts. The chip and the carrying device are electrically connected through the electrical contact of the two external contacts and two external wires, and through the electrical contact of the two internal contacts and two internal wires.
