Optical disk drive panel

A optical disk drive panel comprises a base section embedded in the front opening of the optical disk drive; a panel controller pivoted at the front two side lower ends of the base section and having a twist spring potential to give the panel controller the constant tendency of turning out; a solenoid with a moving crane connected to its central spindle for locking or releasing of the panel controller; a micro motor for driving the panel controller indirectly through plural gear sets to close the panel controller; and a circuit board containing a control circuit to electrically connect to the solenoid and the micro motor and forming internal electrical connection with the optical disk drive through a bus. Therefore, the panel controller can be independently controlled for audio/video system play back function, even when the computer is not booted or the operation system is not used, and can be controlled to turn over for clearing out the space for ejecting or injecting the disk carrying bracket. Thus, miniaturization of the size of the control panel and degree of freedom for mounting the drive body are achieved.
