Zusammenfassung:A method for producing a nano oxide powder using a D.C. plasma thermo reaction comprises mainly: using a non-transferred D.C. plasma to supply energy and feeding a high purity solid-state precursor material into a plasma zone under normal pressure and controlled atmosphere in order to gasify and dissociate the material, in which the metal gas molecules react with oxygen and form nano particles by homogeneous nucleation means. The present invention provides a method, which controls the size of the plasma ejector to form a high speed plasma jet, and uses a large quantity of air to cool off the plasma jet in order to prevent the roughening of particles and coagulation and agglomeration and finally develop into a high purity and highly dispersive nano grade oxide powder.
