Zusammenfassung: | A composite masterbatch formed of a fatty acid derivative and a nano grade far infrared (IR) substrate mainly is produced by: dissolving a fatty acid derivative to form a liquid form; mixing the fatty acid derivative liquid with a nano grade far infrared substrate particle; spraying the resulting mixture and after cooling forming a composite masterbatch particle of a far IR substrate, during which the far IR substrate particle is fully precipitated and dispersed in the solution by mixing under heating so that the nano grade far IR powder produced can be uniformly dispersed in the fatty acid derivative to form a composite masterbatch containing a nano grade far IR powder. The composite masterbatch can be further compounded with a textile synthetic resin to form a synthetic fiber composite masterbatch in a certain ratio. Such a synthetic fiber composite masterbatch containing a nano grade far IR substrate can be further compounded with a synthetic fiber resin according to a desired far IR substrate content. Thus, the mixed synthetic fiber resin can be drawn into an artificial fiber with far IR effects, in which the nano grade far IR substrate powder is uniformly dispersed and there is no concern of breakage for the fiber. |
