The present invention provides a recursive frame data processing device in de-interlacing scanning process, which includes: a line buffer, which outputs a first interlacing line data and a second interlacing line data by inputting an interlacing signal; a frame buffer, outputting a first de-interlacing line data, a second de-interlacing line data, and a third de-interlacing line data by inputting a de-interlacing signal; and, a processing unit, which is inputted with the first interlacing line data, the second interlacing line data, the first de-interlacing line data, the second de-interlacing line data, and the third de-interlacing line data to conduct a process and output the de-interlacing signal.
