Zusammenfassung:A semiconductor optoelectrical processing device for reducing light refraction comprises a shell body with a glass lid, a semiconductor chip installed inside the shell body and a thixotropic optical gel. The semiconductor chip has an active surface corresponding to the glass lid. The thixotropic optical gel is filled between the active surface of the semiconductor chip and the glass lid of the shell body in order to reduce light refraction and diffraction happened in the gap between the semiconductor chip and the glass lid.
