【物品用途】;本創作的物品是氣動工具，其用途是利用氣壓來驅動例如：鑽頭等之手工具的氣動工具。;【創作特點】;如各圖所示，本物品之外觀造型猶如一把槍型體，本體的上方具有倒U形的提把，本體為圓筒狀，前方的角柱形軸部，可套接手工具，在本體下方中間延伸一弧形握把，握把表面具有增加握感的複數細凹槽，且於尾端具有插入氣壓管的插入口；該整體造型新穎的設計，因襲原新式樣之整體造型；與原新式樣申請案差異在於本物品的本體造型略與原新式樣有所差異，本案之圓筒狀部較為短圓且無數字顯示部之配置；因此本案與原案之差異些微，不影響該兩案件之近似。 The said Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of a precision torque wrench as shown in solid lines in the drawings.
