Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is a dual-usage multimedia public phone in types of IC card or coin with wireless networking, which combines two types of public phone in IC card or coin, and also provides the public with wireless connection at the public locations and the on-demand broadcasting, commercial broadcasting, and the like. In the communication range of wireless local area network in the present invention, the users can use the self-carried notebook/palmtop computers or communication equipments to connect to Internet in wireless environment and receive and send e-mails. Moreover, the present invention has a LCD monitor for broadcasting normal commercial advertisement. The users only need to insert the IC card acceptable by the present invention or throw in the specified coins to use the keyboard on the present invention to select the service contents.
