The present invention provides a menu operation management system of digital TV, which comprises plural application programs executing different jobs, and a management system program for the application program to register and establishing a reference table for the application program, when it receives at least one pushbutton code transmitted by the remote device, it will judge the pushbutton code based on the reference table for the application program, and transmit to each application program according to the priority and attribute of the pushbutton code. After each application program receives and completes the job, the working right is returned to the management system program, and the management system program continues to wait for the incoming of the next pushbutton code.
