Equipment and process for burning, cutting and crushing disposed light tubes

This invention is related to an equipment and process for burning, cutting and crushing disposed light tubes, which process adopts a plurality of processing steps to recycle the disposed light tubes in a most convenient, effective and environmental manner, to allow effective utilization of resources and environmental protection, while reducing cost and man power thereby making significant improvements in the particular industry. The process for recycling the disposed fluorescent light tubes includes the steps of: placing the disposed fluorescent light tubes on a light tube storage rack; transporting the disposed fluorescent light tubes to a disposed light tube processing machine in sequence by a conveying chain; destructing the glass adjacent the base by flames to eradicate vacuum within the disposed fluorescent light tubes; heating the tubes by flames; cutting the base of by a cutting wheel with water and allowing the base to fracture and fall into a collection tank; transporting fluorescent powders and mercury gas inside the fluorescent light tube to a filter by means of an air-blowing tube and an air-sucking tube to obtain a clean glass tube; crushing the clean glass tube to glass crumbs by a crusher; and collecting and recycling the glass crumb thereby making significant improvements in the particular industry.
