When the microprocessor control unit executes the non-iterative instruction, the program counting generator will generate the non-iterative program counting value. And, the trace buffer controller stores the non-iterative program counting values into any one trace record with the status bit as empty, and the status bit stored with the trace record is then configured as occupied. When all the status bits of the trace record are configured as occupied, the trace buffer controller will store the non-iterative program counting values into a storage device.
