Solid phase electrolytic capacitor

The present invention provides a kind of solid phase electrolytic capacitor. The solid phase electrolytic capacitor is obtained by having the capacitor device, which has an anode member formed with a dielectric film, the conductive polymer, which impregnates the capacitor device and is used as a cathode electrolyte, and by disposing and sealing the capacitor device in a sheathing member. When performing heat durability test of solder, in addition to preventing the expansion of the container or the sealing, the phenomenon of leakage current increase can also be suppressed. The capacitor device impregnated with the conductive polymer is covered with an epoxy resin that is mixed with a silane coupling-agent. The first resin layer and the second resin layer are sequentially formed at the outside of the capacitor device impregnated with the conductive polymer. When comparing the first resin layer with the second resin layer, the first resin layer is formed by the material that has higher flexibility.
