Zusammenfassung:An identifying system and its method are disclosed, which are provided for identifying the user. The system comprises: a personal characteristic identification unit, a storing unit, and a control unit. The storing unit is disposed in a prepaid device, and the user has to use the password, personal characteristic value and the characteristic value of the hidden key in the prepaid device simultaneously to obtain a private key, so that the user can proceed the identification. Thus, the purpose of reducing the risk effectively and protecting the user's information can be accomplished.
