The analysis viewpoint from the dynamic characteristic is not restricted by the conventional equivalent circuit analysis method in which the characteristic study can only be conducted for the specific electrode types and the specific models, and each kind of electrode types and each model can be analyzed by using the present invention. Therefore, the entire characteristics of piezoelectric transformer can be obtained at one time. In addition, the optimization problem such as the step up ratio of piezoelectric transformer versus the length ratio of the drive portion a can be processed.
