Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a heat mold continuous casting and drawing method for pipework and its forming mold, to overcome the problems of unsteady forming and drawing defects found in continuous casting of slim and thin pipeworks. An inner and an outer mold are engaged to one another at an end thereof in such a manner that an end face of the inner mold is shorter than that of the outer mold. In accompaniment with a tubular drawing rod inserted through an outlet of the forming mold, molten metal flows from an axial opening of the inner mold center into a forming zone, and then into the tubular drawing rod. The molten metal in the tubular drawing rod is then cooled to form a cast block, which is then drawn. |
