Manufacture method and the structure of an assembled lattice board

This invention relates to a quick, durable, economic manufacture method and the structure of an assembled lattice board. The manufacture method includes following processes. (1) To combine pierce-shaped surface sheets of various colors, patterns, and material together into an assembled patterned layer. (2) To paste the patterned layers onto the plywood and to treat them with heat to flat the surfaces. (3) To paste foaming layer on the plywood bottom after trimming and shaping edge joints along the four sides of the plywood. (4) To grind and paint the patterned layers several times to complete the manufacture. This assembled lattice board is made of positioning strips and patterned boards, which consists of painting layer with protecting function, patterned layer, plywood, foaming layer. And there are U shape edge joints on the four sides of the plywood for fitting in the positioning strips with sections of rectangular, trapezoid, or V notch.
