Zusammenfassung:Enhance encoding efficiency by means of actively integrating multiple types of coding methods. The first encoder (5) checks if the prediction encoding error is 0. When the prediction error of the second encoder (6) is 0, encode the prediction error. The third encoder (8) encodes the prediction error regardless of if the prediction error is 0 or others. Determine mode with the mode determinator. Encoding part (11) selectively activates the first encoder (5), the second encoder (6) and the third encoder (8) in accordance with the determined model.
