Zusammenfassung: | Thermally adhesible resin layers 6 are laminated on every plastic films 1a, 2a, 1b and 2b. And, the resin layers 6 are laminated on the same surfaces (on an upper surface or on an under surface) of the every plastic films. Metal layers 3 and 4 are laminated on a opposite surface (on an under surface or on an upper surface) of the plastic film. By rolling and heating the above plastic films, a peeling off of the above plastic films can be avoided without impregnating an epoxy resin between the films of the capacitor. Further, a void discharge originated from the peeling off of the plastic films can be eliminated. According to the manufacturing method of present invention, as there is no need to use an epoxy resin, an increasing in the productivity and a low material cost can be obtained. The obtained capacitors have the same withstanding characteristics with that made by conventional dipping method using an epoxy resin. The present invention is effective even when the upper surface and the lower surface of the plastic films are changed. |
