Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is to provide a manufacturing method of profile valve spring for motor vehicle, by adopting a wire (SWOSC-V) consisting of, by weight 0.51 to 0.59% C, 1.20 to 1.60% Si, 0.50 to 0.80% Mn, ≤0.25% P, ≤0.025% S, 0.50 to 0.80% Cr, ≤0.20% Cu and the balance essentially Fe, having about oval section, to subject to acid rinsing, annealing, acid rinsing, drawing, flaw detection and then oil tempering to form coil, undertake low temperature annealing at 420 DEG C for 30 minutes without nitrogen hardening treatment, and then blasting treatment by cut steel wire. The said profile cross section is selected from oval, eclipse and rhombus with circle shape. And the ratio D/d1 of the pitch distance D of the spring coil to the long diameter d1 is in the range of 4.0 to 6.0, while the ratio of the long diameter of oval cross section profile wire d1 to the maximum short diameter ds is in the range of 1.2 to 1.3. |
