Modularized automatic inspection and adjustment system for automobile or motorcycle horn

The invention is a modularized automatic inspection and adjustment system for an automobile or motorcycle horn. The automobile or motorcycle horn to be tested is placed on an inspection and adjustment set of this system. The inspection and adjustment operations of a spacing adjustment station and a sound quality adjustment station of the inspection and adjustment set are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), a primary PC and a secondary PC. The inspection values are recorded and the number of adjustment, pass and no pass are statistically analyzed. The system is composed of two inspection and adjustment sets. Each inspection and adjustment set has one spacing adjustment station and two sound quality adjustment stations. Each station can work independently or simultaneously to inspect and adjust the different horns according to individual testing standards without being limited by various inspection standards or horn specifications.
