The compound of the present invention has an excellent inhibitory activity for necrosis of neurocyte and can be use as treating agent for cerebrovascular disease wherein R1: aryl or aromatic heterocycle group, R2: H, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, halolkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, amino, monoalkylamino, dialkylamino or phenyl, R3, R4: H or alkyl, or NR3R4: 5-7 membered cycloamino, A: C2-10 alkylene, w: O, S or (CH)n (CH may be substituted by alkyl, n: 0, 1 or 2). X, Y, Z: CH (H maybe substituted by alkyl) or N, provided that X, Y, Z cannot be CH simulataneously.
