Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides an illuminating device, which has condensing lens being located with upward opening and large weight, when light is turn on, it can exactly hold the condensing lens and has good light focusing characteristic, and won't break the lens. Locating the glass-made condensing lens 2 with upward opening, and under the bottom 2a of condensing lens 2, it is by supporting plate 4 of condensing lens, which is hanged up by supporting column 5 being positioned on assembling plate 3 of the condensing lens, to press the compression spring to upwardly press pressing-member 6, and to press and hold the circumference 21a of opening 21 located on the upper end of condensing lens 2 on circumference 32 of illuminating opening 31 of assembling plate. And, forming pressing member 6 by heat resisting material with low heat conductivity, and installing soft reflecting plate 8 on surface of pressing member under the bottom of condensing lens.
