A triterpene derivative and the pharmaceutical composition

This invention relates to a hedragenin derivative and the pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof of the formula [I]: (wherein R1: OR11 or NR11R12, and R11 and R12 may be the same or different each represents H, or alkyl, cycloalkyl alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl or aromatic heterocyclic group, each of them may have substituent, R2, R3 may be the same or different, each represents H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, acyl, monoalkylcarbamoyl, dialkylcarbamoyl or alkoxycarbamoyl, each of them may have substituent, or R2 and R3 form together a carbonyl) and a pharmaceutical composition containing them as the active component. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is useful for treating naphritis.
