Zusammenfassung:	A hot water supply device, working in the highest heating capacity and making the gas burner supplying the largest heating is provided to aviod the user mistake that the device is out of order when water flows out of the device is still not hot enough as desired. The highest water temperature calculating unit 23 computes the highest temperature of the flowing out water which flows with the largest amount, by the factors of flowing water temperature, which was calculated and detected by flowing water temperature calculating installation 20, the designed maximun flowing volume of water-tube 4, and the designed maixmun heating amount of gas burner 3. When a designed temperature is higher then the maximum temperature of the flowing out water, the warning device 24 instructs a warning buzzer 15 making sounds.
