Alkylbenzoylguanidines of the formula I, in which R1 is A or Hal, R2 is -SO2-A, R3 is H, Alk is a straight-chain or branched C1-C8-alkyl radical or is C3-C8-cycloalkyl, A is alkyl having from 1 to 6 C-atoms, Hal is F, Cl, Br or I, and the physiologically tolerable salts thereof.
